Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Mobfunnels Limited (“we”, “us”) collects through the website webfunnels.club, the WebFunnels Course checkout and the WebFunnels Club Telegram bot, why we collect it, and your rights.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect and why

3. Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data to perform a contract with you (purchase, community application), to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting), and on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and securing the Site and community and in contacting people who applied to us. Marketing emails beyond order and access information are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share data with
- Stripe (payment processing, invoicing) — stripe.com/privacy
- Resend (transactional email delivery)
- Notion (hosting of the Course Materials; your email may be used to grant access)
- Telegram (bot and community chats)
- Hetzner (server hosting, EU) and our database on that server
- Accountants, legal advisers and authorities where required by law
We do not sell personal data. Some providers are located outside your country (including the USA and Hong Kong); we rely on their standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.
5. Retention
Purchase records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally 7 years). Community and lead-magnet applications are kept while you are a member or applicant and for up to 24 months afterwards. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email kirill@mobfunnels.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country. In Hong Kong, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) supervises compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Children
The Site and the Course are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed at children under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
