Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website webfunnels.club (the “Site”) and your purchase of the WebFunnels Course (the “Course”). By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Course.
1. Who we are
The Site and the Course are operated by Mobfunnels Limited (trading as WebFunnels Club), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (company registration no. 77474349), with its registered office at Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367–375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, “WebFunnels”). Contact: kirill@mobfunnels.com, Telegram @kmakarof.
2. What the Course is
The Course is a self-paced online educational product consisting of pre-recorded video lectures, templates, frameworks and related materials (the “Materials”) about launching and scaling web-to-app funnels for mobile applications. The Course does not include live calls, individual feedback, consulting, reviews of your funnel, or access to a private chat, unless expressly stated on the Site at the time of purchase. Discussions and community calls take place in the free WebFunnels Club Telegram community, which is a separate, optional and free service governed by its own rules.
3. Ordering and payment
- Prices are shown on the Site in euros (EUR). The price payable is the one shown at checkout at the moment you place the order. Promotional prices are valid only for the period stated on the Site.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Depending on your country, VAT or other taxes may be added at checkout; if you provide a valid business VAT/tax ID, reverse charge may apply.
- An invoice/receipt is issued automatically by Stripe to the email you provide at checkout.
- The Course is sold per company: one purchase covers up to three (3) named individuals from the same company. Additional seats require an additional purchase.
4. Delivery and access
Access to the Materials is delivered electronically. After successful payment we share the Materials (hosted in Notion) with the email address(es) you provided, normally within 24 hours; you receive an invitation from Notion and a confirmation from us. Access is granted for an unlimited period (“lifetime access”), meaning for as long as we operate the Course; we will give at least 30 days' notice on the Site or by email before discontinuing access, and where reasonably possible offer a download of the core Materials. We may update, replace or remove individual Materials at any time to keep the Course current.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you and your named teammates a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the Materials for your own business or educational purposes. You must not: share access links or credentials with anyone outside the named seats; copy, download for redistribution, publish, sell, sublicense or otherwise make the Materials available to third parties; use the Materials to create a competing course or product; or remove any copyright notices. Breach of this section entitles us to revoke access without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All Materials, the Site and their content are owned by Mobfunnels Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. Templates provided in the Course may be adapted and used internally in your own business.
7. No guarantee of results
The Course shares our experience and opinions. Results depend on many factors outside our control (your product, market, budget, execution, platform policies). We do not guarantee any particular revenue, conversion rate, return on ad spend or other business outcome. The Materials are not legal, tax, financial or compliance advice; consult qualified professionals for your specific situation.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Course or the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the Course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
10. Third-party services
The Materials are hosted on third-party platforms (currently Notion) and payments are processed by Stripe. Their availability is subject to those providers' terms; we will use reasonable efforts to keep the Materials accessible, including moving them to another platform if needed.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues can be resolved by email within a few days.
