Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases of the WebFunnels Course (the “Course”) from Mobfunnels Limited (“we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital content delivered immediately
The Course consists of digital content (pre-recorded lectures, templates and materials) that becomes available to you immediately after payment. By completing the purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where applicable law provides a statutory “cooling-off” right of withdrawal for digital content, that right ends once delivery has begun with your consent. Regardless of this, we offer the voluntary guarantee below.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If the Course is not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, no questions asked, provided that:
- the request is sent from the email used at checkout (or by the person who paid) to kirill@mobfunnels.com with the order or receipt number;
- the Materials have not been downloaded, copied or shared outside the purchasing company; and
- the purchase was not made with a promotional code or offer explicitly marked as non-refundable.
Upon refund, access to the Materials is revoked for all seats attached to the purchase.
3. After 14 days
After 14 days from the purchase date, payments are non-refundable. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence, and we will honour such rights where they apply.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. Any currency-conversion differences or bank fees applied by your bank are outside our control.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we resolve refund requests quickly and a chargeback takes considerably longer for everyone. Access to the Materials is suspended while a chargeback is pending.
6. Service interruptions
If we permanently discontinue the Course less than 12 months after your purchase without providing a download of the core Materials, you may request a pro-rata refund.
